Who owns the client relationship?
You do. You stay the face to your customer; we operate behind your brand. Status updates are yours to forward, and billing and communication run through your relationship unless you ask otherwise.
How do partner rates work?
On a volume-based partner schedule quoted against your book, not our retail pricing. It's flat and all-in on the brokerage side, with 0% duty disbursement (your importers pay CBP directly). We'll put real numbers on your specific volume.
How does onboarding work for our importers?
Through a dedicated forwarder path. We coordinate the power of attorney and run proper KYC on each importer of record, so every entry we file under our license is clean and defensible.
Can you handle our volume and PGA-heavy freight?
Yes. ABI e-filing direct to ACE, partner government agency (PGA) filings, continuous bonds, post-summary corrections, and a dedicated broker who knows your account, all in-house, with API and integration options as you scale.
