A customs brokerage built around its own filing system

Borderless CHB Inc. is a licensed U.S. customs brokerage. We file consumption entries and Importer Security Filings at every U.S. port of entry, for small and mid-size importers and for the freight forwarders who bring us their client books. Rates are published and flat, and every entry is visible in a client portal from filing through release.

Customs is one of the last corners of logistics still running on fax machines, phone tag and surprise invoices. Borderless was built to replace that with a system: documents in, classification and duty computed against the current schedule, entry transmitted over ABI, status tracked through release, and the record kept where it can answer a CBP question five years later.

The same duty engine that prices client entries also powers the public tariff tools on this site. That is deliberate. Publishing the calculation is how we keep it honest, and it means an importer can check our arithmetic before becoming a client.

We are a generalist brokerage across commodity classes rather than a specialist in one. We are selective about the right thing instead: a screening step at onboarding keeps everyone we file for on the right side of CBP.
