Vendor onboarding asks for paperwork that has no business on a public page. Ask for it by name and we answer in writing. Say what your file needs, and say by when.

- Tell us the coverage your vendor policy requires. We answer in writing with what is in force and what is not, before you set us up as a supplier.
- Master services agreement
- Ours is the Customs Brokerage Service Agreement (text of 12 September 2026). Every client signs it in the portal at sign-up, with the rate schedule and payment terms attached, and Borderless countersigns at activation. Ask for a specimen copy before you sign, or send your own paper and we return it reviewed.

Client records are confidential
Records and information we hold for a client are confidential. They go to the client, to someone the client authorises in writing, or to CBP and the Department of Homeland Security. They go nowhere else.

Recordkeeping
Entry records are kept for five years from the date of entry, and produced to CBP on a demand issued under this part.
Governing terms
How an engagement is governed
Customs business is transacted under the Borderless CHB Inc. Customs Brokerage Service Agreement. Every client signs it in the portal at sign-up, and Borderless countersigns at activation. It carries the rate schedule and the payment terms. The terms of service cover this site and its tools, not the brokerage.
Reading this site does not start a broker relationship. Borderless transacts customs business in an importer's name only once it holds that importer's customs power of attorney under 19 CFR 141.46, signed beside the agreement.
Duties, taxes and other government charges are set by CBP and passed through at cost. Published rates cover the brokerage service described on the pricing page.
