What these pages are, and are not

Each heading page reproduces the USITC schedule's rate lines and adds the number the schedule alone cannot give you: the all-in ad valorem rate by origin once Section 301, Section 232 and the other 2026 actions are stacked, dated to the entry date shown. Antidumping and countervailing duties, quotas and partner-agency rules are not included. Chapters 98 and 99 (special provisions) are not listed here because they are applied through the other chapters. The set starts with the headings behind most of the entries and questions we see and grows as headings are reviewed; every heading of the schedule is available in the simulator today. None of this is classification advice: the classification, the origin call and any claim on an entry are confirmed by a licensed broker before filing. Measures bundle dated 2026-08-21; pages generated 2026-09-02.
